The deliberations of the residents’ meeting held in order to approve the projects mentioned in article 119 of Law Decree no.34 of May 19, 2020, converted with modifications by Law no.77 of July 17, 2020, are valid if approved by a number of votes that represents the majority of the members and at least one third of the value of the building. The decision of the residents’ meeting that regard the allocation of the entire costs referring to the adjudicated work to one or more residents are valid if approved with a number of votes that represents the majority of residents and at least one third of the value of the building, on the condition that the residents to whom the costs are allocated are in favor.
