What is network support?
We work with distribution and transmission network service providers across Australia to support grid stability within their distinct locations. Network support programs help defer expensive network upgrades which are ultimately borne by the end consumer.
Businesses can provide this much needed support by reducing grid power usage at times when the network is strained. This can be due to high energy demand, an interruption to power supply or aging infrastructure. By offering this Demand Response (DR) service, businesses earn revenue.
You’re eligible to participate if your site is based within the geographic networks that currently run DR programs.
Since 2011, we’ve worked with networks across Australia including AusNet Services, Jemena Electricity Networks, Ausgrid and TransGrid
