ECOBONUS is a tax subsidy that enables private customers and companies to recover between 50% and 75% of the costs of the energyrenovation work carried out on the building, through annual tax credits spread over a period of 10 years.
For renovation projects aimed at introducing anti-seismic measures on buildings located in high and medium risk seismic zones, it is possible to benefit from the Sismabonus tax incentive.
SISMABONUS: is the tax subsidy that enables private individuals and companies to recover, in five annual payments of the same amount, between 50% and 85% of the costs of the work carried to make the building safe, and through tax credits spread over a period of 10 years, if the work is associated with projects that meet the criteria of the Ecobonus scheme.
An extra opportunity
In addition to the tax credits, a further benefit is available: the transfer of the tax credit. You can decide, in fact, to transfer the credit deriving from the tax incentives to Enel X, without then having to wait for 10 years to recover the outlay. In this way your building will not have to bear the total cost of the works but will immediately be able save between 50% and 85% of the cost.
What’s more, you can also take advantage of favourable terms of finance, thanks to our collaboration with a number of banks, which will enable you to spread the payment of the non-transferable costs over a period of up to 10 years1.
