How do I contact Enel X for support if I am having problems with my JuiceBox?

If your JuiceBox is online and connected to JuicePass, the best way to contact us to offer feedback or request support, Within JuicePass select ‘More’ (bottom right-hand side of the main screen) and ‘Contact an Operator’.

By completing this online form and sending it, the Enel X Customer Support team can review the logs relating to the concern. You will get an e-mail response immediately after sending your enquiry, advising that your message has been received.
