The UBM (Utility Bill Management) digital platform offers companies, including multinationals, a fully automated service that allows them to centralize, process, analyze and verify all utility bills (energy, water, gas, waste). This solution means that customers can keep all their spending on public services under control by collecting the relevant invoices and making sure they are all correct. The platform automatically identifies any anomaly and compares the performance of each corporate site, identifying possible ways to reduce consumption.
UBM offers the benefit of freeing companies from the task of collecting, processing and paying hundreds of bills manually. We handle all the tasks involved, collecting service bills directly from the suppliers on behalf of our customers. Once received, the invoices are processed with a detailed audit that verifies each entry. Any invoice that does not overcome this obstacle is reevaluated and rectified directly with the supplier on behalf of the customer, while the invoice data that the system recognizes as correct is recorded on the UBM platform. The latter automatically processes the files for payment. The platform also generates valuable reports with details of each utility. All billing data is collected, cataloged and archived in easy-to-use panels that can be easily used with any type of device. The panels offer a variety of services: constant consumption monitoring, comparison of energy costs of different corporate sites, recommendations on how to optimize them, consumption forecasts and comparative and budget analysis with other actors in the sector.
In this way, customers have the means to quantify and analyze the results, establish growth objectives and quickly identify the measures and related deadlines necessary to achieve them.
