Enel X expands coverage area with Assistance Services reformulation

Enel X, Enel Group’s solutions company, has expanded the model of its 24-hour assistance product, which serves the Pet, Auto, Moto and Residential segments, and that will now be known as Assistance Services. Assistance Services will be Enel X’s first product for the residential public also to be sold via credit card. With this, the coverage area will be expanded. Previously, the support product was only sold to customers within Enel distributors’ concession area through energy bill charges.

The news also come to the coverage of the Residential product, which will have Basic and Plus levels, and Pet, which now has Basic, Plus and Master categories, with no age limits for dogs and cats.

To attract new customers, Enel X is investing in a digital campaign within the Northeast, Southeast and South regions – markets that present higher rates of online purchases and interest in themes linked to the assistance products. The campaign shows people going through difficult times, but these are solved through the coverage of the products offered by Enel X.
