Increase transparency, highlight inequalities, and encourage action

In July 2021, the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 (the “Act)” was signed into law. Now employers with 50 or more employees are required to calculate and report their gender pay gap figures. The gender pay gap is the difference in the average (median and mean) hourly earnings between men and women across a workforce. The pay gap and equal pay are different; Equal pay is being paid the same for the same/similar work.

 

Our 2025 report includes all Enel X employees in the Republic of Ireland.
