Electric mobility is making steady progress in our country.
Today, Enel x is one of the main providers of charging stations in Argentina, and has different types, depending on their characteristics, power and charging time, ranging from slow charging points, passing through semi-fast and fast ones.
In recent months, Enel x Argentina provided 47 charging stations to customers in different parts of the Federal Capital and the provinces of Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Córdoba, Tucumán, San Juan, Chubut and Río Negro.
Of this total, 5 chargers are located in public places, such as the Axion service stations, located in Córdoba and Bonpland, Avenida del Libertador and Vicente López; another at the headquarters of Enel Generación Costanera and one more at Enel Argentina, in Monserrat.
The recharging points that have been installed are of the JuicePole type, semi-fast charging, which takes approximately two hours; and the JuiceBox, slow charging, with 6 hours. The first of 22 kW and the second of 7.7 kW.
Private or home
In addition to the public stations located in service stations, shopping centers and parking lots, there are also private or home stations.
Thanks to different agreements between Enel X Argentina and automotive companies, each user who purchases an electric car can choose to purchase one of the different types of Enel X charging stations, and even request the necessary home adaptation.
An electric car can be recharged in a simple way by connecting it to the equipment with a special connection, which has a dashboard and protection keys. There the charging point is installed, which must have 220v voltage.
The entire charging process can be followed and monitored from a mobile application that connects via WiFi with the charging equipment.
The solutions to recharge the batteries are a central part of the development of electric mobility in Argentina, which is waking up little by little.
