FAQ - NYISO Special Case Resource (SCR) Audit FAQ
NYISO requires all sites that have not participated in an emergency dispatch during the Summer period (May 1 – October 31) or the Winter period (November 1 – April 30) to demonstrate their load reduction capability in a perfor- mance audit. Each site is required to perform in one audit per period (twice annually).
PJM Performance Audit
PJM requires all facilities that have not participated in an emergency dispatch during the 2018/19 Delivery Year (June 1, 2018 – May 31, 2019) to demonstrate their curtailment capacity in a performance audit. Audit per formance will be the basis for capacity payments for the delivery year unless a mandatory dispatch is called by PJM in the relevant period.
