EnerNOC Appoints Gary Haroian to Board of Directors

(Nasdaq:ENOC), a leading provider of energy intelligence software, today announced the addition of software industry veteran Gary Haroian to its Board of Directors. Mr. Haroian, who has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for several public software companies, has more than 30 years of experience as a manager, executive, and director of rapidly growing software and services companies.

Mr. Haroian was a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen earlier in his career. He holds a BS in Economics and Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He will serve on EnerNOC's Audit and Compensation Committees.
