What is the air conditioning system Libretto (booklet)?

It is a form required by the Ministry of Economic Development Decree of 10/2/2014 that is issued upon boiler installation and includes data relating to all the ordinary and extraordinary interventions carried out on the system, together with the boiler's data and inspection dates.
