We have created a range of corporate e-mobility management options with our customers’ needs in mind.
The JuiceNet Manager is designed to meet the needs of Fleet Managers and support them in managing the company fleet of EVs or plug-in hybrids: this web app allows both the public and private charging of the EV fleet to be managed through a dedicated portal accessible directly from the Enel X site.
Thanks to the portal, Fleet Managers can monitor employees’ EV charging sessions in both public and private areas, as well as manage car pool users via an operative RFID card and limit over use via corporate code which can be configured on JuicePass. In addition to this, the JuiceNet Manager portal allows Fleet Managers to monitor the status of their private charging infrastructure, as well as to remotely start charging sessions and request assistance if simply rebooting the JuicePole or JuiceBox through the section dedicated to their charging points, does not work.
The Fleet Manager can use the JuiceNet Manager to manage:
Private charging: Enel X offers a wide range of products such as the JuicePole for outdoor charging and the JuiceBox for indoor and domestic settings. In terms of both power and standard sockets, Enel X’s product range has been developed specifically for charging at company headquarters.
Public charging: in line with the Italian infrastructure plan, JuiceNet Manager provides access to all public charging stations owned by Enel and its partner companies. Billing is handled directly by Enel X and the Business Partner but consumption levels can be organized through the portal, thanks to the creation of company Cost Centers. Alternatively, billing at source for each individual company in a Group and which accesses the portal purchased by the company Group. The service can be used with the App and/or RFID card.
The JuiceNet Manager Portal
Each area of the portal is dedicated to a different essential element involved in charging. Fleet Managers can always apply data filters and download a report to allow them to independently view and process the data displayed. The main areas of the JuiceNet Manager are:
It is possible not just to see a summary of all public and private charging sessions completed but to also go into the detail of the data, including the individual charging sessions completed (public and private) via authorized users and/or purchases, from the portal.
Driver is a JuiceNet Manager (JNM) section from which a company charging service can be organized by Driver username. Codes for configuring/activating all JuiceNet Manager and JuicePass Driver users, suspending users and viewing charging histories can be ordered.
RFID Cards can be easily purchased through the portal and are the ideal way of managing operational cars (in the pool) or can be linked to a Driver username as a physical charging solution as a backup for the Driver. Purchased RFID cards can also be activated, pre-activated, suspended or blocked from this section.
All JuiceBox or JuicePole products purchased can be configured on the JuiceNet Manager. The infrastructure status is constantly updated and, if the sockets are found to be out of order, the charging infrastructure can be restarted remotely.
It is also possible to remotely start a private charging session from this section or assign the power consumed to a driver that has requested it.
Sites and structures
Aside from the company’s main site, which is automatically created at the portal’s activation stage, it is also possible to add and modify new sites from this section.
The list will be constantly updated to the last modification made by the Fleet Manager who can also assign the charging infrastructure to a particular site and nominate the relevant manager.
This page allows the Fleet Manager to create cost centers based on the company’s requirements. “Marketing Area” or “South-Central Area” are good examples. A cost center can be assigned also prior to the Driver user and/or Card activation stage.
